The Role
We’re currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and at least two full years of nursing experience.
The Registered Nurse performs reception screening and comprehensive health assessments on persons received into custody whilst assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing management.
Our Location
The Reiby Youth Juvenile Justice Centre in NSW houses young people aged 10 to 21. With a focus on rehabilitation rather than punishment, it offers programs to addressing offending behaviour through education, vocational training, psychological support, and life skills development. Reiby is part of the Juvenile Justice system, which emphasises community-based approaches and individual case management for each detainee.
