Deer Park Central Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team. This is a full-time position based in Deer Park, Victoria 3023. As a General Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of primary healthcare delivery, providing comprehensive medical services to our diverse patient population. This role is central to our clinic's mission of delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare to the local community. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive holistic and evidence-based care.

Key responsibilities
Conducting thorough patient consultations and assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans based on clinical best practice and patient needs
- Prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Providing preventative healthcare services, including health screenings, immunisations, and lifestyle advice
- Managing chronic disease conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma and cardiovascular disease
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Liaising with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients to encourage trust and continuity of care
- Staying current with medical developments and participating in professional development activities
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Fellowship of RACGP
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
- Will provide high-quality primary healthcare services to patients across a broad range of clinical presentations.
Position Details:
The principal will pay the practitioner in each fortnight the remuneration of 55% of the fees rendered by the practitioner, plus G.S.T of 10%

On site pathology, physiotherapist, podiatrist, dietician and psychologist services.
