SkyCity Adelaide is looking for Data Remediation Coordinators to join the PMO team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About the Opportunity
As a Data Remediation Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting an important business-wide program focused on maintaining accurate and reliable information across SkyCity Adelaide. Working closely with stakeholders from across the business, you will investigate and resolve information discrepancies, update records, track actions through to completion and support reporting on progress and outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their skills in a project environment and gain exposure to business operations, data quality and remediation activities. Full training and support will be provided, making this role well suited to someone at the beginning of their career, looking for a career change, or seeking to apply their transferable skills in a new environment.
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working through tasks with accuracy and care. You have a proactive approach, strong communication skills and take pride in delivering quality outcomes. Whether your background is in administration, customer service, hospitality, retail, operations or another fast-paced environment, you are comfortable managing competing priorities and building positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Most importantly, you are eager to learn, can pick up new systems and processes quickly and enjoy investigating issues to find practical solutions. You don't need previous experience in data remediation to be successful in this role. Your ability to stay organised, maintain accurate records and work collaboratively as part of a team will set you up for success.
