Our Forklogic team is seeking an organised and customer-focused Branch Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Sunshine Coast branch.
Based in Kunda Park and reporting to the Branch Manager, this role plays a key part in assisting with rentals, service activity, transport, parts and branch administration while supporting both customers and internal teams.
About The Role:
This is a fast-paced and varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with workshop, rental and sales teams to ensure smooth branch operations and a high standard of customer service.
You’ll be responsible for supporting equipment movement, supporting service operations and maintaining accurate records and administration across the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating rentals, service jobs, transport and equipment deliveries
- Assisting with customer enquiries, job updates and branch administration
- Managing equipment records, job documentation and processing in BasePlan
- Supporting workshop and service coordination activities
- Raising purchase orders, invoices and assisting with account administration
About You:
You’re organised, adaptable and thrive in a busy operational environment where customer service and attention to detail matter.
You will bring:
- Previous administration or coordination experience in a fast-paced operational branch or office environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with urgency
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office experience
