Your clinical supervision and expertise within occupational therapy services will endure the delivery of safe, timely, compassionate and high-quality person centred care.

Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to secure registration)

Considerable experience as an Occupational Therapist (minimum 5 years)

Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload

Pro-active attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas

Willingness to mentor junior clinicians and supervise team

Genuine passion for working in the disability sector

Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner with the assistance of an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessment

Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
