About the Role
You will work across various residential properties throughout Victoria, completing high‑detail cleaning tasks to prepare homes for vacate inspections, property restoration, and specialised hoarding/squalor environments.
This role suits cleaners who are confident, mature, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete full end‑of‑lease cleans to real estate standards
- Perform deep cleaning, rubbish removal, and property reset tasks
- Assist with hoarding and squalor cleaning, including sorting, decluttering, and sanitisation
- Follow strict safety, PPE, and infection‑control procedures
- Work respectfully and professionally with clients, including those experiencing mental illness
- Meet supervisors directly on‑site and follow job instructions
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values
- Use your own vehicle to travel between job locations
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years professional cleaning experience (residential + end‑of‑lease)
- Own reliable, registered vehicle
- Ability to meet at job sites across Melbourne and regional areas when required
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe work practices
- Ability to work in challenging environments (hoarding, squalor, odours, clutter, waste)
- Comfortable interacting with vulnerable clients in a respectful, non‑judgmental manner
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Highly Advantageous
- Experience supporting clients with mental health conditions, trauma, or complex needs
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner
- Able to write detailed job notes and fill in essential paperwork daily, correctly and neatly.

Pay: $30.00 – $46.00 per hour
