MForce Security is expanding and we’re looking for experienced, reliable, and professional Security Officers to join our growing team across the Albury‑Wodonga region, Wangaratta, and Wagga Wagga.
Position Overview
As a Security Officer with MForce Security, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients, their staff, and their assets. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate strong situational awareness, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor, secure, and maintain the safety of assigned premises
- Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports and patrol logs
- Interact professionally with clients, employees, and visitors
- Enforce site‑specific security policies and procedures
- Maintain a strong security presence and uphold MForce Security’s values
What We’re Looking For
- Current security license (state‑appropriate) and mutual recognition for state NSW or VIC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Availability for varied shifts, including nights and weekends
