The Role
We are seeking a Customer focused individual who is a strong multitasker, with the ability to think under pressure to join our fast-paced service team offering exceptional experience to our Customers. Specific responsibility will include but not be limited to;
- Answering calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department
- Arranging service bookings.
- Arranging mobility (uber, taxi, loan cars, courtesy bus) for customers
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
- Preparing of repair orders and updating customer details on our database
- Managing the service department email inbox of all incoming enquiries
- Assist the Service Manager with general office administration requirements
- Stationary orders, Banking, Filing
Candidate Skills
The role requires a team member who demonstrates skills;
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Microsoft Office user skills
- A confident happy phone manner
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-skill and prioritise duties
- Work in a team environment
- Well-developed communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable
Available roles are Monday - Friday, with rostered Saturdays.
