NU Nursing Agency is a Nursing agency dedicated to providing quality Nurses to healthcare facilities. We are currently looking for experienced and exceptional Scrub/Scout, Theatre and Recovery Registered Nurses with appropriate knowledge to join on a Casual basis, and work with our reputed clients in the Operative team across the Newcastle Hospital Facilities.
Role and Responsibility:
- Current registration with the AHPRA
- Recent Scrub / Scout experience
- Demonstrated ability to work within and across interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis within their daily practice as a registered nurse.
- Demonstrated experience within an acute care setting such as operating theatres or other relevant area
- Contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
- Communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members

- Minimum Bachelor of Nursing required

- Good Judgement and Decision making attributes
- Great communication skills
- National Police Check required
- Working with Children Check required
- Ability to be flexible with shifts
