This is an exciting newly created role where you'll help grow the global reach of a new startup CPAdvance™ by nurturing and converting a leads and prospects to take up world-leading infant intervention training.
You'll create and manage customer journeys, develop compelling content, analyse campaign performance and drive engagement and course enrolments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career communications and CRM specialist to shape a new role and grow their career while making a real difference.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Manage CRM data and customer journeys in a CRM.

Develop engaging email campaigns and marketing communications.

Create content that drives customer engagement and sales of training courses

Create and maintain content calendars for customer journey communications.

Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, subject matter experts and marketing agencies to produce compelling content.

Analyse and track campaign performance and provide reports and insights for improvement.

Work collaboratively across Marketing, IT, Research, Training and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Support customer enquiries and continuously improve the customer experience.
You are a driven, self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding writing skills. You enjoy the success of converting interest to sales and applying your creative writing talents to nurturing and supporting customer decision making.

Minimum two years' experience in CRM marketing and communications.

Strong written communication, copywriting and editing skills.

Demonstrated experience developing customer journeys and audience segmentation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.

Experience using a CRM platform (Salesforce desirable).

Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

A tertiary qualification in Communications.
