As a Life Care Customer Care Officer, you will play a vital role in creating positive first impressions and delivering exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional first point of contact for all callers, visitors and clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Life Care’s values.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients, families and employees.
- Respond to enquiries promptly, professionally, and empathetically, ensuring client needs are understood and met.
- Assist with a range of administrative duties, including data entry, record maintenance and document management.
- Coordinate and organise office resources and supplies to support efficient day-to-day operations.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- National Police Check (Aged Care) – issued within the last 6 months.
