LAB Specialty Coffee is a busy, independently owned specialty café in the heart of Brisbane CBD.
We’re looking for an experienced and confident barista to join our friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the security of near full-time hours while keeping the higher casual pay rate.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year barista experience in an Australian café
- Confident and consistent milk steaming & latte art
- Comfortable working at speed during busy periods
- Good English communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Available for early morning starts
We’re not looking for someone who is still learning the basics — you should be comfortable stepping behind the machine and working confidently in a busy café.
