We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Shellcove Store and maintain the high standards of service and product quality our brand is known for.
About the Role:
Lead and take full ownership of the Shellcove store. This role is accountable for operational performance, team development, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and team performance
- Control labour costs and scheduling
- Stock ordering, inventory management, and waste control
- Drive sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction
- Implement company systems and SOPs
- Report performance to Senior Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Previous store or assistant manager experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and commercial mindset
- Ability to manage teams under pressure
- Availability on weekends and peak trade periods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
