You will be responsible for maintaining critical HSE databases and systems, analysing safety and operational performance data, identifying trends, and emerging risks, and developing meaningful reports and communications that support informed decision-making across the business. Working closely with operational leaders and site teams, you will help translate complex information into practical actions that improve safety performance, compliance and operational excellence.
This is an ideal opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys both working with people and using data, systems and insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Support the collection, analysis and reporting of lead and lag performance indicators across the business.
- Produce safety alerts, lessons learned, case studies and other communications to support organisational learning and risk reduction.

- Deliver HSE training, inductions and system support to employees and contractors.
- Partner with sites to improve safety performance, compliance and workforce engagement.
- Support sites in meeting legislative, regulatory and internal HSE requirements.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy combining technical systems management and data analysis with practical safety support. We're looking for someone who can confidently work with large volumes of information, identify meaningful trends and communicate insights in a way that drives action.
You will ideally have:
- Strong analytical capability and experience interpreting safety or operational performance data.
- Microsoft Excel skills and experience preparing reports, dashboards and presentations.
