The opportunity
In this role, you will support the successful delivery of residential projects by driving sales outcomes and building meaningful customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets as determined by the Sales Manager (weekend work required)

Delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience

Supporting project launches in partnership with Sales and Marketing

Managing client enquiries and sales pipeline through Salesforce

Maintaining strong knowledge of market conditions and competitors

Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external agents

Ensuring display suites reflect Mirvac’s premium brand and standard
What you’ll bring
You’re a confident and commercially minded sales professional with a passion for property and customer engagement.
Key requirements:
- Current Real Estate Licence

Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle

Proven experience in property sales (apartment sales highly regarded)

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
