We are currently seeking a Full Time self-motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Business Development Managers with strong sales skills to work from Head Office in Brisbane, travelling on interstate trips
We’re looking for a motivated and personable individual to help us grow by securing venue contracts and building long-term partnerships with leading businesses across various industries.
What we’re looking for:
- Proactive, organised, and driven to find new opportunities.
- Confident communicator — comfortable on the phone, over email, and face-to-face.
- Personable and relationship-focused, able to win trust with professionals.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management a plus.
- Open to travel - Must have ability to travel throughout Australia with occasional overnight stays on a bi weekly basis.— driver’s licence highly desirable.
The Role and responsibilities –
What you’ll do:
- Reach out to businesses establishing first point of contact remotely and in-person to create new partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and maintain lasting connections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Nurture relationships with new clients throughout projects, liaising with them to ensure a smooth workflow and positive experience.
- Keep pipelines and databases up to date with new opportunities.
- Support the team with light admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
- Represent the business professionally in every interaction.
