As demand for clean energy continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers reduce their energy costs with tailored energy solutions.
About the Role
As a Solar & Electrical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating and managing new business opportunities, consulting with customers, and recommending the most suitable solar, battery, and electrical solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new residential and commercial sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and qualify new leads.
- Conduct phone, online, and on-site consultations with customers.
- Recommend suitable solar, battery, EV charger, heat pump, and electrical solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with industry products, government rebates, and incentive programs.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
Highly Desirable
- Experience in solar, batteries, electrical, construction, or energy sales.
- Knowledge of WA solar rebates and battery incentive programs.
- Existing network of residential builders, homeowners, or commercial clients.
- Experience preparing quotations and proposals.
