About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at the University of New England, you'll be at the heart of our People and Culture team, delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse and dynamic institution. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and secure exceptional talent, provide specialist advice on recruitment strategy, and play a key role in shaping the candidate and client experience. Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to position classification, visa sponsorship processes, and continuous improvement initiatives, all while mentoring and developing our talented Talent Acquisition Consultants.

You're an experienced HR or recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on capability to everything you do. You communicate with confidence and discretion, build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and navigate complex policies and legislation with ease. You're self-directed, solutions-focused, and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes. A readiness to embrace AI and digital tools in your day-to-day practice will set you apart, as will your commitment to equity, inclusion, and UNE's values of being Bold, Kind, Accountable, and Connected.
