Enrolled Nurse – Aged Care
Nurselink Healthcare is expanding across Victoria, and we’re looking for committed Enrolled Nurses with strong aged-care experience to support our partnered facilities ithe Eastern Melbourne region.

About the Role
You’ll work across reputable aged-care homes delivering safe, person-centred clinical care. Shifts are consistent, rosters are flexible, and the team is friendly and organised- exactly what an EN deserves.
Location: Ballarat and surrounding suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in line with aged care standards
- Medication administration & documentation
- Conduct observations and report clinical changes promptly
- Wound care, bowel care, catheter care as required
- Support RNs and care staff in day-to-day clinical tasks
- Accurate documentation using facility systems (iCare, LeeCare, AutumnCare etc.)
- Follow infection control, WHS and organisational policies
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse (EN) registration
- Minimum 6 months aged-care experience (more is always welcome!)
- Current National Police Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR
- Manual Handling & Medication Competency
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations as required
- Strong communication, clinical judgement & teamwork skills
