This is an exciting opportunity to join the Campbelltown Rehabilitation Services team and play a key role in shaping innovative models of care in collaboration with Heads of Department. You will lead the clinical management of the Rehabilitation in the Home and Rehab Acceleration Program services, while supervising occupational therapists, allied health assistants, and students. As part of a broader Occupational Therapy team, you will be supported in building your leadership capability and advancing your professional skills, while actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.

Selection Criteria

Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and significant experience in the provision of occupational therapy services within rehabilitation.

Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills

Demonstrated experience participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P- . Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
