The Opportunity
Based in Ringwood, this is a key support role within MEGT’s Finance Division. The primary focus is the accurate processing of accounting information and to provide administrative expertise and support to that is adaptable with high organisational the finance team. It is a dynamic role which will continually evolve and requires an individual skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of high volume supplier invoices
- Processing weekly payments
- Setting up new suppliers
- Supplier accounts reconciliations
- Employee expense reimbursements review
- Investigate and support queries from external and internal stakeholders
- Assist in managing the Accounts Payable mailbox
- Supporting internal controls and policies
- Support the Accounts Payable Specialist with day to day processes
About you
The ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes
- Certificate III/IV in Finance highly regarded
- Exposure and knowledge in OCR and experience with NetSuite ERP highly regarded
- Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
