Solarwyse is the official distributor of Deye products and the designated technical support center in Australia, specializing in high-performance hardware solutions. We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized Phone Receptionist to join our Auburn office.
Working as a key team member in Solarwyse's technical support team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will ensure that all incoming inquiries and technical issues of Deye products are handled professionally and routed efficiently to the right teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone.
- Recording customers' technical issues clearly and accurately into our in-house system for the support team.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily activities with our technical staff, if necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational and computer literacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of calls, emails, and customer inquiries effectively.
- Previous experience in an administration or reception role is preferred.
- An interest or prior experience in the solar hardware and renewable energy industry is a strong advantage.
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
