Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Open and close the store as required
- Lead, motivate, and support team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy retail environment
- Ensure store presentation and operations meet high standards
About You
- Previous experience in hair or retail is essential
- Confident in independently running a store
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
