About the Role
We’re looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house team within the drone industry. Your role sits between execution and leadership — working hands-on while also guiding, refining, and elevating design work produced by our internal and offshore design team.
You’ll collaborate closely with a team of three other designers, provide direction to ensure designs are polished for the Australian market, and report concepts and refinements to the Head of Marketing or Senior Management for final approval.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who’s confident in production design, eager to grow, and interested in tech, drones, and product branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively alongside two in-house designers.
- Create and manage drone sticker designs, including: Template creation, Client logo placement and layout adjustments.
- Design and maintain packaging for our sub-brand, D1 Labs.
- Follow established brand guidelines.
- Prepare samples and production-ready files.
- Resize and adapt artwork for physical marketing assets, including: Light boxes & Corflutes.
- Other print and in-store materials
- Provide design oversight and refinement for offshore designers
- Fine-tune layouts, typography, and presentation for the Australian market
- Prepare and present concepts and refinements to the head of marketing and senior mangement.
- Handle ad-hoc design tasks across marketing, product, and sales as required
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years professional experience in graphic design
- Strong production skills for print and physical assets
- Experience working with: Brand guidelines, Packaging design, Templates and repeatable assets
- Comfortable receiving and providing design feedback and direction to other designers.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Interest in technology, drones, or hardware products (big plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
