What You Will Be Working On
You'll bring together three things: people, performance and place.
This includes:
- Leading, coaching and developing your village team
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and village committees
- Strengthening the resident experience through communication, engagement and service delivery
- Managing village operations, budgets and financial performance
- Working with asset teams to plan maintenance, upgrades and village improvements
- Driving operational efficiency, compliance and risk management
- Ensuring the village runs safely, effectively and in line with legislative requirements

- Have experience leading teams in retirement living, property, hospitality, facilities management or another service-led environment
