Steps & Strides is currently seeking Child Care Educators for an In Home Childcare a role in Williamstown.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm. Total of 45 hours to cover, cannot be taken by one educator due to overtime. Hours will be shared between 2 successful applicants, split subject to their availability.
Role:
Education and Care of a 5-year-old girl with Autism and severe anxiety and 10-year-old brother who attends primary school (School pick up and driving required)
It is preferrable that in addition to a passion for Early Education and Care, you also have an interest or hold qualifications in individual support or experience working with neurodivergent children.
Hourly rate is determined subject to Educators qualification and years of experience.
Steps & Strides works with children and families across Victoria providing In Home Child Care, Disability Support and Nanny Services to children of varying ages and abilities. You will be supported by Steps & Strides throughout your placement.
You must hold
- a current Working With Children Check and Police Check
- a current First Aid certificate
- a Certificate III in Early Education and Care or be currently studying in the field .
- and have a reliable method of transport and Victorian Driver's License.
