Deliver every treatment with a high standard of guest care from arrival through to departure.

Create a welcoming, comfortable, and personalised experience for all guests, including recognising and engaging returning guests.

Professional Standards & Venue Operations

maintaining ownership of room presentation and readiness.
- Support consistent and professional operation of the venue across all shifts.

Maintain order, systems, and organisation to support efficient daily operations.

Support the wider team across all aspects of venue operations, including cleaning, back-of-house tasks, and provide bespoke service.

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across multiple disciplines as required.
