The Opportunity:
Join Paper Crane at Crystalbrook Riley! We are recruiting Food & Beverage Attendants across several part-time positions to breakfast service, bar, floor, conferencing & events and poolside service.
You do not need experience across all areas - successful candidates will be matched to the role that best suits their skills and availability.
Whether supporting bar service, conferencing & events, delivering attentive floor service or preparing beverages during morning trade, you will play a key role in creating seamless, memorable dining experiences.
Roles are available with consistent part-time hours, ranging from 16-24 or 24–38 hours per week, depending on the position and operational requirements.
The Talent:
We are looking for talent who enjoy hospitality, take pride in their work and bring a positive, team-focused attitude to each shift.
Ideally, you will bring:

Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality or customer-facing roles

Exposure to bar service, floor service, conferencing & events, breakfast service/barista work (depending on the role)

A friendly, professional communication style and strong attention to detail

Confidence working in a busy service environment

Immaculate personal presentation and pride in your work

A current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster
Barista experience and cocktail or beverage knowledge will be highly regarded for some roles.
