Role Summary
The Administrative Support Coordinator is an enabler role, providing administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as well as the wider Support Office team and Organisation.
This position plays a central role in:
- Enabling decision-making through coordination and information flow
- Ensuring organisational alignment via structured follow-up and action tracking
- Ensuring compliance and efficiency across a number of key business areas
The role brings variety however also requires exceptional organisational capability, discretion, and proactive thinking.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers a number of key areas including:
- Executive support
- Office support & administraton
- Systems administration & data management
- Contracts management
- Projects co-ordination
- Stakeholder engagement

- Experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Strong organisational and time management capability
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- High level of initiative and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
