We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Plan Management Finance Officer to join our growing team. This role is a key point of contact for participants, providers, and support coordinators, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved.

About the Role
As a Plan Management Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in managing participants' NDIS funding accurately and efficiently. You will support participants throughout their NDIS journey, process invoices and payments, and build positive relationships with providers and support coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices and service agreements in accordance with NDIS requirements and participant plans
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Respond to enquiries from participants, providers, and support coordinators via phone and email
- Liaise with providers to clarify invoice and service agreement details when required
- Support new participants through the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate participant records and documentation
- Provide professional, friendly support and assist participants in understanding the plan management process
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and participant experiences
About You
You are someone who is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering exceptional service. You have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a supportive team environment.
Skills and Experience
- Strong customer service focus with a genuine desire to help people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and learning new software systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in Plan Management and knowledge of Entiprius software is highly regarded but not essential
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting is desirable but not essential
Compliance Requirements
- Current Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
