About the Role
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and prefer-ences
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained
- Portion and present meals appropriately
- Assist with menu planning and kitchen inventory monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and care teams
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
Essential Requirements
- Experience in food preparation (aged care experience desirable)
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to hygiene and quality
- Ability to speak Chinese (required)
