In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering community and stakeholder engagement activities across Transport for NSW programs and projects.
This role will see you support the planning, coordination and delivery of engagement activities, assist with preparing communication materials, maintain records and databases, respond to community enquiries, and contribute to transparent, inclusive and trusted engagement with customers and communities.
You will support new ways of providing timely, accurate and accessible information in a fast moving project environment with diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
We have three permanent full-time roles available in Parramatta, Sydney and Parkes.
This role will require travel within Sydney or your regional area (Parkes) and from time to time, you may need to work outside normal working hours to attend community events.

About you
Your communication, organisational and stakeholder support skills formed across communication, engagement or customer service roles will see you excel in coordinating engagement activities, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with diverse audiences, bringing accurate record keeping and practical problem solving to lead to high quality, timely engagement outcomes.
You’re recognized as a cooperative and reliable team member, skilled at communicating in plain English and supporting engagement activities, and experienced in coordinating logistics, tracking enquiries and maintaining stakeholder information.
