We are looking for a hands-on Cosmetic Compounder / Skincare Batch Maker to join our team on a casual basis in Rosebery, Sydney.
This is an onsite role and would suit someone with experience in cosmetic manufacturing, personal care production, compounding, or laboratory environments who enjoys working directly with formulations and batch production.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh and prepare raw materials according to batch sheets
- Manufacture small skincare batches (approximately 5kg–20kg)
- Mix and compound serums, gels, creams and moisturisers
- Hydrate gums, polymers and thickening agents
- Measure and adjust pH levels where required
- Follow formulation and batch manufacturing instructions accurately
- Clean, sanitise and maintain production equipment
- Fill bottles, jars and other packaging components
- Label, pack and organise finished products and stock
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant workspace

Skills & Experience
Experience in any of the following areas would be highly regarded:
- Cosmetic compounding or formulation
- Skincare or personal care manufacturing
- Compounding pharmacy
- Laboratory assistant or technician roles
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments
- Production of creams, lotions, gels, serums, shampoos or conditioners
- Measuring, mixing and handling cosmetic raw materials

- Reliable and available to work onsite in Rosebery

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
