About the role

We are currently looking for a warm, reliable, and motivated Dental/Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing practice in Cremorne, NSW. This is a full-time position working 4 days per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - offering the opportunity to become part of a supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and workplace culture just as much as clinical excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting the orthodontist during patient appointments by preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and providing chairside support
- Greeting and welcoming patients, helping them feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic dental charts
- Performing basic laboratory duties
- Ensuring strict compliance with infection control protocols and workplace health and safety standards What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Dental/Orthodontic

- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment

- Cremorne NSW 2090: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
