We're looking to match the right Support Worker with a Participant in the Mandurah area. He's a male in his 60's, enjoys walks and playing pool.
✅ Male support worker preferred (participant request)
✅ Non-smoker (participant request)
✅ Experience with dementia / mental health / complex needs preferred
✅ Must have all relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS screening, First Aid, etc.)
✅ Reliable vehicle & full licence essential
✅ Immediate shifts available
✅ SCHADS Award Level 2.1 + based on experience
