About the role
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary administrative team to deliver high-performing, patient-focused outpatient services.
Drive operational excellence through workforce planning, clinic optimisation, and effective management of patient access, waitlists, and referrals.
Harness data, reporting, and performance metrics to support service growth, funding outcomes, and informed decision-making.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience, service efficiency, and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with clinical leaders and key stakeholders to implement strategic priorities, lead change, and shape the future of outpatient care.
About you
Demonstrated experience managing outpatient clinic operations within a complex healthcare environment.
Solid understanding of outpatient clinic operations, including electronic patient records and scheduling systems, billing practices, non-admitted patient data, Activity Based Funding (ABF), and staff roster management.
Proven leadership experience in workforce planning, performance management, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to improve service delivery, patient flow, and operational performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
