Hiring Cafe Barista / All Rounder for CAFE 22
Work Hours:
20 - 30 hours per week
Monday through to Friday only
No Weekends, Nights or Public Holidays
It is necessary that you are:
Available between 7am and 3:30pm
Able to drive reliably to and from the cafe
Have full working rights in Australia
Minimum 1 year previous cafe experience
Speak English fluently/proficiently for communication purposes
Well presented
Cafe 22 is hiring a Barista / Cafe All Rounder for our daytime only cafe, located within a corporate head office building, about one minute's drive from the CBD. You will be joining our small, dedicated team and assume a team player role, with the ability to initiate and work efficiently during busy periods. You must be well presented, a good communicator and have a positive, can-do attitude at all times.
Tasks include:
Take POS orders correctly
Consistent coffee making
Preparing & heating sandwiches/wraps/rolls
Following procedure (hygiene and cleaning)
Light dishes and kitchen duties
The right candidate is reliable, honest and able to multitask between Front and Back of House as needed. Speed is required during busy periods, and initiation of tasks during quieter periods to create workflow.
