We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer to join our professional Testing & Commissioning team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on industry experience, develop technical expertise, and build a successful career within the MEP and commissioning industry.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers, supporting the delivery of complex engineering projects while developing the skills required to become a competent engineer and future leader within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the project team in the delivery of MEP and Testing & Commissioning projects.
- Assist with planning, execution, and documentation of testing and commissioning activities under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.
- Support project administration activities, including preparation of reports, test records, commissioning documentation, and project submissions.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues, identifying technical challenges, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are achieved.
- Assist with system inspections, functional testing, and performance verification of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Research technical information and evaluate engineering solutions to support project requirements.
- Apply engineering principles to support the design review, installation, operation, and maintenance of building services systems.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance throughout project activities.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or equivalent).
- Strong interest in Testing & Commissioning, MEP systems, and the built environment.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professionally.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
