About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and securing commercial cleaning contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Attend client meetings and conduct site inspections.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of new contracts.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
Pay: $66,050.44 – $153,995.45 per year
