We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Technical Business Analyst for a critical 3-month engagement supporting a major digital transformation program. This role is pivotal in modernizing a large-scale case management capability, transitioning away from legacy technologies to a cloud-based future state.
You will join a significant transformation project focused on uplifting conciliation and arbitration capabilities. Your mandate is to bridge the gap between complex legacy mainframe environments and modern cloud solutions, ensuring seamless data transition and robust system integration.
Technical Requirements & APIs: Documenting detailed technical requirements for APIs and Connectors, including sequencing, triggers, and error management.
Integration Logic: Writing precise requirements for developers to code/configure middleware and integration products.
Data Migration: Leading data migration initiatives from mainframe environments to cloud platforms.
Data Mapping: Performing field-level data mapping and defining data dictionaries, metadata, and integration rules.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with Data Architects, technical teams, and external vendors to validate logic before implementation.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience specifically documenting technical requirements for APIs and Connectors.
Technical Depth: Proven expertise in data mapping and transitioning data from legacy source systems into new data models.
Tools: Proficiency in documenting via XLS, MS Word, Confluence, or similar products.
Industry Context: Experience within complex, regulated environments such as government, insurance, or claims management.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with Middleware integration products like Mulesoft.
