Genuine Parts Company (GPC) Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking People, Culture & Wellbeing (PCW) Hub Leader ANZ to lead our trans‑Tasman PCW Hub, based in Rowville.
Reporting to the Workplace Relations Manager, and leading a team of four, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role ensuring our PCW Hub delivers accurate, consistent and customer-focused support across Australia and New Zealand.
This is ideal for an experienced Senior Advisor or existing Team Leader who enjoys leading from the front, building team capability, strengthening processes and being the escalation point for more complex people matters.
About the Role:
- Lead, coach and support the ANZ PCW Hub team to deliver timely, high-quality people services across the full employee lifecycle
- Allocate and manage workflow to ensure service standards are met and team capacity is balanced
- Act as the escalation point for low-level ER and people matters, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance across ANZ
- Oversee Workday workflow management, improving triage, prioritisation and identifying opportunities for automation
- Monitor monthly Hub metrics and use data insights to drive continuous improvement
- Support policy consistency and process harmonisation across Australia and New Zealand to ensure a streamlined, compliant service model
About You:
You’re a confident people leader who enjoys developing others while keeping operations running smoothly.
You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture advisory or senior advisory role
- Previous experience leading or mentoring team members
- Strong working knowledge of Awards and workplace legislation
- Confidence handling employee relations matters
- Sound HRIS capability (Workday experience highly regarded)
- A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- The ability to balance operational delivery with process improvement
