Bring your superannuation or life insurance claims expertise to a program where you can make an immediate impact.
The opportunity to join our team
We're looking for two experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a significant Claims Uplift Program focused on improving member outcomes, strengthening regulatory compliance and delivering meaningful business transformation across our claim’s operations. This is a rare opportunity to work on a program that sits at the intersection of claims, risk, governance and transformation, delivering meaningful outcomes for members and the business.

Working as part of an agile delivery environment, you'll play a key role in translating complex regulatory and operational requirements into practical, actionable outcomes.
In this role you will:
Lead discovery workshops and end-to-end requirements gathering across business, regulatory and reporting initiatives.
Analyse and document business processes, controls, reporting requirements and future-state solutions.
Maintain traceability from regulatory obligations through to requirements, business rules, controls, measures and outcomes.
Drive backlog refinement, user story development, testing support and business acceptance activities.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement across claims operations, member outcomes, risk and governance teams.
Identify risks, dependencies and blockers, escalating issues and driving decisions where required.
Support reporting, governance and benefit realisation activities across the program.
Help transition solutions, processes and documentation into sustainable BAU ownership.
What You Bring to This Role
We're looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts who can quickly establish credibility, navigate complexity and operate effectively in a fast-paced delivery environment.
You'll ideally bring:
Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within superannuation, life insurance claims or a closely related financial services environment is essential.
Strong understanding of life insurance claims, including death, TPD, income protection and terminal illness claims.
Experience working on regulatory, risk, compliance, transformation or uplift programs.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, stakeholder management and end-to-end traceability.
Strong agile delivery experience, including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies and business acceptance testing.
The confidence to influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and drive outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear business decisions.
Experience operating within environments where governance, auditability and regulatory scrutiny are critical.
Highly desirable
Claims transformation or claims uplift program experience.
Experience within trustee, superannuation or life insurance environments.
