We have a casual opportunity available for Registered Nurses supporting our clients within the Rockhampton region.
Your Role
As a Registered Nurse you’ll be looking after the most important people in our organisation – our clients. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care across all age groups within the community, supporting a variety of clinical needs including complex wound care, palliative care, medication administration and chronic disease management. Your tasks will include:
Initial assessment of client needs and implementation of ongoing care, including coordination, case management and care planning
Delivering holistic, client-centred care in consultation with clients, families and the multidisciplinary team
Monitoring, evaluating and documenting client progress in line with professional and legal standards
Administering and reviewing medications, treatments and clinical interventions
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and making referrals as required to support client outcomes
Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Role Requirements
Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) and Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
Current National Police Check (with validity in the past 3 years)
Current (P) PAID NDIS Worker Clearance
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Current Queensland driver’s licence
Current CPR Certificate
Good computer and mobile device skills
