What you'll do in this role:
- Lead the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen paediatric clinical trial capability across Victoria.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with healthcare, research and industry stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting to ensure key milestones and outcomes are achieved.
- Coordinate network-wide programs, including capability-building, knowledge-sharing and workforce development initiatives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, efficiency and innovation across the clinical research sector.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or equivalent experience in project management, clinical research, healthcare or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in clinical trials, project management or a related field, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects from planning through to completion.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building partnerships across multiple organisations and professional groups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence outcomes and drive process improvement in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
