Behind every client who receives the right support, at the right time, is a finance function that actually works. That's where you come in.
As a Finance Officer at Kanda, you'll keep the numbers accurate, the records clean, and the processes moving — so the people on the ground can focus on what they do best. It's detail-driven work that matters more than it gets credit for, and when you get it right, the whole organisation runs better for it.
What you'll be doing
- Processing accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and accurate data entry
- Maintaining and updating client records across systems so nothing falls out of date
- Supporting debtor management and reporting with accuracy and follow-through
- Completing bank and credit card reconciliations with consistent coding
- Assisting with budget funding requests and cost centre/GL allocations
- Providing general finance administration support across the team
- Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders to keep things moving across the organisation
You're the right person if...
- You have experience in finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable or billing roles
- You have a sharp eye for detail and take data accuracy seriously
- You're confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel, and pick up new platforms quickly
- You solve problems calmly in a compliance-focused environment
- You hold a Working with Children Check, or you're ready to get one
