You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.
You’re called upon to help decision makers identify the options that best match their objectives. This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.
In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering divisional strategy, business planning and performance initiatives that support informed decision‑making and strong organisational alignment.
This role will see you support the Manager in shaping and advancing planning and strategy initiatives, applying strong coordination and project management skills to drive progress, meet timelines and ensure high‑quality outputs across planning cycles, reporting and performance frameworks.
You will translate broad strategic direction into structured, decision‑ready materials—including clear presentations, analysis and reports—in a complex, fast‑moving public sector environment, engaging stakeholders to support alignment, transparency and informed executive decisions.

About you
Your analytical, coordination and communication skills, formed across strategy, planning, performance, policy or project‑based roles within large or complex organisations, will see you excel in managing competing priorities, synthesising information and delivering accurate, timely outputs that strengthen planning and performance outcomes.
You bring structure, rigour and clarity to ambiguous or evolving requirements, enabling effective decision‑making and continuous improvement.
You’re recognised as highly organised and detail‑oriented, skilled at developing decision papers, reports and executive‑level presentations, and experienced in supporting strategic planning cycles, performance reporting and stakeholder engagement. Your ability to collaborate across teams, adapt to changing priorities and maintain quality under pressure will see you succeed in this role.
