We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the direction and execution of marketing, communications, and advertising initiatives across Adactin. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage the entire marketing function—from brand development and digital strategy to campaign execution and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the executive team, particularly the COO, to design and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand management ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Manage internal and external communications, including events, announcements, partnerships, awards, EDMs, and newsletters.
- Oversee creation of marketing collaterals: presentations, proposals, case studies, blogs, and videos.
- Lead website updates, maintenance, and revamp projects.
- Manage branded merchandise availability and inventory.
- Plan and participate in internal and external events annually.
- Own and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Develop and execute content calendars and multi-channel campaigns.
- Explore and implement presence on new platforms (e.g., YouTube, Quora).
- Manage SEO and paid advertising efforts (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Ads).
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and communication objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads to accomplish the annual target.
- Launch targeted lead-gen campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook).
- Drive thought leadership through press releases, industry publications, and social platforms.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets; ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; optimize strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate internal and external reporting and documentation processes.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality management systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all marketing activities and expenditures.
- Coordinate marketing support for training team initiatives and awards/rewards programs.
- Lead and participate in CSR marketing activities.
- Support training marketing campaigns and employee engagement events.

- Ability to analyze customer insights and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, social scheduling platforms, email marketing platforms, and CMS systems.
- Experience working with vendors for SEO, media buying, and production.
