We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of young children.
About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning programs.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Plan experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about early childhood education and children's learning.
- Caring, enthusiastic, creative, and approachable.
- A strong communicator and team player.
- Committed to providing high-quality education and care.
- Knowledgeable about the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Able to build positive relationships with children and families.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to ongoing learning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an approved equivalent qualification.
- Current teacher registration or eligibility for registration, where applicable.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
- Geccko Child Protection trained
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting is desirable.

Pay: $39.83 – $51.26 per hour
