About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare team across Western Australia.

Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate documentation
Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
- Deliver nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses
- Administer medications (where qualified)
- Monitor patient conditions and report concerns
- Maintain clinical records and documentation
- Support care planning and implementation
Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Deliver high-quality clinical and patient-centered care
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Lead and supervise care teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
RequirementsPersonal Care Assistants
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working rights in Australia
- Previous aged care or healthcare experience preferred
Enrolled Nurses
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Medication endorsement (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience preferred
Registered Nurses
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Demonstrated clinical experience in aged care or hospital settings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
