We're looking for a reliable, energetic and hands-on Delivery Driver / Florist Assistant to join our growing team.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering flowers and gifts throughout Melbourne using our company van.
- Collecting fresh flowers from growers, flower markets and suppliers.
- Loading and unloading flower buckets, boxes and stock.
- Processing and conditioning fresh flowers to ensure maximum freshness.
- Cleaning flower buckets, work areas and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Assisting with stock organisation and general warehouse duties.
- Helping our florists during busy periods.
- Representing Fresh Fresh Flowers professionally while interacting with customers.

Essential Requirements
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted working rights
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- Excellent driving record
- Comfortable lifting up to 20kg
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work occasional Saturdays during busy periods
Desirable (but not essential)
- Delivery driving experience
- Warehouse experience
- Floristry experience
- Experience working with fresh produce or flowers
Training will be provided to the right applicant.
Hours
- 30–38 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak periods
- Additional hours available throughout Spring, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
